Signature-Required Shipping Upgrade

Porch-pirate theft is on the rise. PokeNE cannot be held responsible for packages lost (stolen) after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. 

If you believe theft may be likely, We suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery, 100% of the $4 goes to USPS; PokeNE receives no proceeds. All orders $300 and higher will automatically have this signature upgrade at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Insurance does not protect either party from theft. Insurance only applies to packages lost or damaged during shipment and becomes void once a package is marked delivered. If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, PokeNE provides a full refund or replacement within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | Brian@POKENE.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
